I have had them work on my truck 3 different times. Twice for problems that my warranty would cover, but I don’t trust the local Ram dealer to air up my tires. Whenever I need any vehicle worked on I’ll take it to a place I trust! When Jamie gives me an estimate, it will be very close to the amount charged.

the worked on our RV and did a complete brake replacement, top quality work, but more importantly the front cab part of our class A RV had come loose from the frame, and they found a way to re-attach it back for us, at a fantastic price, all in 2 weeks of work! our RV is in better driving condition now than anytime in the last 12 years! amazing service, good people! highly recommended! Loved the communication of this shop as well as the flexibility. We took my husband's truck in to get a few things worked on and they stayed in communication with both of us since he was working up north at the time. They ended up having to order a part for something my husband asked to be done and when it came in they quickly got us in to install it. The staff that I interacted with was incredibly friendly and we will probably be taking a lot of our business there since they are able to work on both diesel and gas vehicles (not to mention they're extremely convenient to where we work).

The shop personnel were always readily available to answer any questions. At this time, it seems the repairs were done well but I will report back on that if there is any change. Only reason I dropped a star was because the online vehicle status was misleading in the notes. Might be a user problem though. Either way, I wasn't a huge fan of that system. I could definitely see how most people would be a fan of it however.
